dc.descriptionIn the present research, a study was carried out of the conceptual theoretical aspects of Multicultural Ethics as an educational perspective for the training and thus the integration of peoples. The methodology consisted of a descriptive documentary type research. This study highlights the concepts of Ethics and Multiculturality, from a context of growing globalization where the meaning acquires new nuances, it is about conceiving it no longer as a local, regional or national condition, but as a global condition. As results of the research, the need to link education to the development of a new multicultural ethics was considered, which was conceived as an axis of values that accommodates cultural diversity. In this sense, it was necessary to address educational practices to form ethical citizens, who put before any economic, social, political, religious situation, respect for the rights and dignity of man, in his uniqueness and diversity.en-US
dc.descriptionEn la presente investigación se realizó un estudio de los aspectos teóricos conceptuales de la Ética Multicultural como una perspectiva educativa para la formación y con ello la integración de los pueblos. La metodología consistió en una investigación de tipo descriptiva documental. Este estudio destaca los conceptos de Ética y Multiculturalidad, desde un contexto de globalización creciente donde el significado adquiere nuevos matices, se trata de concebirla ya no como una condición local, regional o nacional, sino como una condición global. Como resultados de la investigación, se consideró la necesidad de vincular la educación al desarrollo de una nueva ética multicultural, la cual se concibió como un eje de valores que da cabida a la diversidad cultural. En tal sentido, se precisó abordar prácticas educativas para formar ciudadanos éticos, que antepongan a cualquier situación económica, social, política, religiosa, el respeto por los derechos y la dignidad del hombre, en su singularidad y en su diversidad.es-ES
