dc.descriptionManagement indicators are considered key in the decision-making process and management control; hence the main objective of the research was to specify the management indicators for saltwater injection plants located in Lake Maracaibo. The research was descriptive, with a non-experimental, field, transectional design. The population was made up of twenty people with positions of managers, superintendent, leaders, supervisors and analysts. The technique used for data collection was the survey, using a questionnaire, validated by five experts. The Alpha Cronbach coefficient was applied, the result of which was 0.82; considering very high reliability. Finally, moderate compliance in general was concluded for the types of management indicators, representing opportunities for improvement in order to achieve effective management of the strategic objectives in the managers under study.en-US
dc.descriptionLos indicadores de gestión se consideran claves en el proceso de toma de decisiones y control de gestión; de ahí  que la investigación tuvo como objetivo especificar los tipos de indicadores de gestión para plantas de inyección de agua salada ubicadas en el Lago de Maracaibo. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental, de campo, transeccional. La población quedó constituida por veinte personas con cargos de gerentes, superintendente, líderes, supervisores y analistas. La técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, mediante un cuestionario, validado por cinco expertos. Se aplicó el coeficiente Alfa Cronbach, cuyo resultado fue de 0,82; considerándose de muy alta confiabilidad. Finalmente, se concluyó de los tipos de indicadores de gestión un moderado cumplimiento en general, representando oportunidades de mejoras a fin de alcanzar una gestión efectiva de los objetivos estratégicos en las gerencias objeto de estudio.es-ES
