dc.descriptionGiven the difficult situation presented during 2020 by the pandemic caused by Covid-19 and which has been affecting the entire population worldwide, having a negative effect on all sectors, the Colombian government has applied measures that seek to promote the reactivation of the productive apparatus of the country. The objective of the work was to analyze the impact of the three (03) days without Sales Tax (VAT) established in Colombia during the year 2020 in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a hermeneutical, qualitative and descriptive study, the collection of information was done through documentary observation. The government established this measure in order to reactivate the economy, increase electronic transactions and their use of banking services. The government's strategy served to generate massive sales and agglomeration of people in breach of biosafety regulations. It was concluded that the reactivation of the economy can be achieved with the implementation of sustainable actions over time and not isolated events.en-US
dc.descriptionAnte la difícil situación presentada durante el año 2020 por la pandemia originada por el Covid-19 y que ha estado afectando a toda la población a nivel mundial teniendo un efecto negativo en todos los sectores, el gobierno colombiano ha aplicado medidas que persiguen impulsar la reactivación del aparato productivo del país. El trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar el impacto de los tres (03) días sin Impuesto sobre las Ventas (IVA) establecidos en Colombia durante el año 2020 en el marco de la pandemia del Covid-19. Fue un estudio hermenéutico, cualitativo y descriptivo, la recolección de la información se llevó a cabo mediante la observación documental. El gobierno estableció esta medida a fin de reactivar la economía, incrementar las transacciones electrónicas y su bancarización. La estrategia del gobierno sirvió para generar ventas masivas y aglomeración de personas incumpliendo las normas de bioseguridad. Se concluyó que la reactivación de la economía puede ser lograda con la implementación de acciones sostenibles en el tiempo y no eventos aislados.es-ES
