dc.descriptionThe objective of the research was to describe the human capital maintenance subsystem of organizations in Latin America. This subsystem of human capital maintenance is a fundamental part of organizations, where management is interested in its proper implementation for the performance of its functions in an optimal way. The study was based on a hermeneutic, documentary, qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. It is of utmost importance to aim to improve the quality of life of the staff, establish measures that guarantee safety, reducing occupational risks and generating ideal environmental conditions. Finally, in order to achieve the established goals, the effective implementation of this subsystem plays a key role in business success.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la investigación fue describir el subsistema de mantenimiento del capital humano de las organizaciones en América Latina. Dicho subsistema de mantenimiento del capital humano es una parte fundamental en las organizaciones, donde la gerencia se interesada en su implementación adecuada para el desempeño de sus funciones de una manera óptima. El estudio estuvo basado en un método de investigación hermenéutico, documental, de carácter cualitativo y con enfoque descriptivo. Es de suma importancia tener como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida del personal, establecer medidas que garanticen la seguridad, disminuyendo los riesgos laborales y generar condiciones ambientales idóneas. Finalmente, para lograr las metas establecidas, juega un papel preponderante para el éxito empresarial la implementación de forma eficaz de este subsistema.es-ES
