dc.descriptionThe objective of the research was to describe the resources of technological management in transnational oil services companies in the department of Meta, Colombia. In relation to the methodological aspects, the research was descriptive, field, non-experimental and transactional. The population was made up of field service managers, field supervisors, field engineers, application and technical support engineers; making up a total of 20 subjects. A questionnaire was applied, validated by five experts and reliability was calculated with Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient, obtaining 0.978 very high reliability. The data processing was carried out by calculating the arithmetic mean, where it was obtained that the resources of technological management had a very high presence.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la investigación fue describir los recursos de la gestión tecnológica en las empresas transnacionales de servicios petroleros en el departamento del Meta, Colombia. Con relación a los aspectos metodológicos, la investigación fue descriptiva, de campo, no experimental y transaccional. La población estuvo conformada por gerentes de servicios de campo, supervisores de campo, ingenieros de campo, ingenieros de aplicaciones y soporte técnico; conformando un total de 20 sujetos. Se aplicó un cuestionario, validado por cinco expertos y la confiabilidad fue calculada con el Coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo 0.978 muy alta confiabilidad. El procesamiento de los datos se efectuó mediante el cálculo de la media aritmética, donde se obtuvo que los recursos de la gestión tecnológica ostentaron una muy alta presencia.es-ES
