dc.descriptionGliomas are brain tumors that are classified into grades according to their malignancy. These degrees depend not only on histology but also on certain molecular and genetic characteristics that correlate with different prognoses to which they have been associated. The following review aims to understand the usefulness of methods such as magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the differentiation of low- and high-grade gliomas as a non-invasive method to predict the behavior of the tumor and thus the survival of the patient.en-US
dc.descriptionLos gliomas son tumores cerebrales que se clasifican en grados según su malignidad. Estos grados no solo dependen de la histología sino también de ciertas características moleculares y genéticas, en vista de los diferentes pronósticos a los cuales se han visto asociados. La siguiente revisión pretende entender la utilidad de métodos como la espectroscopia por resonancia magnética para la diferenciación de gliomas de bajo y alto grado como método no invasivo para predecir su comportamiento y así la sobrevida del paciente.es-ES
