In this order of ideas, the implementation of early therapies favors the delay and / or non-appearance of these acute and chronic changes, being so that at present, cardioresonance allows the evaluation of the early and late changes of myocardial injury, such as As the non-enhancement of the ischemic areas, in acute and late phase, allows to evaluate the kinetic changes of the myocardial wall, as well as to determine the ejection fraction of the left ventricle, functionality of the sigmoid and semilunar valves, presence of pericardial effusion, flow rates, among others. Allowing the clarification of the structural scenario in the face of myocardial infarction and facilitating the clinician to implement the appropriate therapeutic and follow-up tools for each patient based on the imaging findings.en-US
dc.descriptionEl infarto agudo de miocardio es una de las primeras causas de morbimortalidad a nivel mundial y las consecuencias estructurales tipo remodelamiento que conllevan a insuficiencia cardiaca crónica y otras complicaciones que devienen en el empeoramiento sistemático del paciente, representan un desafío diagnóstico y terapéutico en los diferentes pacientes. En tal orden de ideas la implementación, de terapéuticas tempranas favorece al retardo y/o no aparición de estos cambios agudos y crónicos, siendo así que en la actualidad, la cardioresonancia permite la evaluación de los cambios tempranos y tardíos de la injuria miocárdica, tales como el no realce de las zonas isquémicas, en fase aguda y tardía, permite evaluar los cambios cinéticos de la pared miocárdica, así como además determinar la fracción de eyección del ventrículo izquierdo, funcionabilidad de las válvulas sigmoideas y semilunares, presencia de derrame pericárdico, velocidades de flujo, entre otras. Permitiendo la clarificación del escenario estructural ante el infarto miocárdico y facilitando al clínico, el implementar las herramientas de terapéutica y seguimiento apropiadas para cada paciente en base a los hallazgos imagenológicos.es-ES
