INTEGRACIÓN REGIONAL COMO MECANISMO DE DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE LATINOAMERICANO: PUNTO DE VISTA ONTOLÓGICO

Abstract

La humanidad camina inexorablemente hacia modelos de integración regionales y mundiales para afrontar los desafíos que implican la preservación de la especie, la satisfacción de las necesidades sociales de sus connacionales, estatus quo, entre otras, el avance tecnológico y la interconexión global cada vez más profunda, auspiciado por las TIC hacen necesario los procesos de intercambio de mercancías, la persecución del progreso económico y los avances técnicos, así como desaceleración de economías emergentes, elevada deuda pública en la región, los flujos financieros de los Estados, hacen posible que el proceso de integración regional cobre nuevos vientos. La presente investigación brindará un acercamiento a tales necesidades y a los procesos de obligatoria implementación en América Latina hechos como parte investigaciones en el marco de estudios Postdoctorales. Abordando los criterios de reconocidos autores como Noroño (2016), Brizuela (2015), Del Arenal (2008) entre otros. Desde el punto de vista epistémico se asumió la investigación en el modelo Post-positivista.

Humanity is moving inexorably towards regional and global models of integration to face the challenges that imply the preservation of the species, the satisfaction of the social needs of its citizens, status quo, among others, the technological advance and the deepening global interconnection , sponsored by TICS make necessary the processes of exchange of goods, the pursuit of economic progress and technical advances, as well as the slowdown of emerging economies, high public debt in the region, the financial flows of States, make it possible for the process of regional integration copper new winds. The present investigation will provide an approach to such needs and the processes of mandatory implementation in Latin America made as part of research in the framework of Postdoctoral studies.
