| dc.description | The study process has been threatened in these times by the Covid-19 pandemic, like other activities, which is focused on virtuality. Teachers' concern about the sudden change in education has created an area of ??confusion because they have had to leave the physical classrooms digitally, that is, they feel a little afraid of violent change due to deficiency and ignorance of virtual tools at some educational levels. The objective of this essay tries to carry out a critical analysis on the attitude or posture of teachers in the use and adaptation of technologies, which has been affected by the Coronavirus, and which has generated discomfort in the educational environment due to a lack of technological infrastructure, deficiency in teacher training, and even deficiency of support from the Education Districts and therefore from the Ministry of Education of Ecuador in this context it is important to clarify that through this situation that the country is experiencing, it has been concluded that in the educational process of the different areas, there are deficiencies in knowledge and management of the use of digital platforms and virtual tools; This makes both educational and government institutions emphasize training and management of technological tools that help student training and strengthen the capacities of teachers. | en |
| dc.description | El proceso de estudio se ha visto amenazado en estos tiempos por la pandemia del Covid-19, al igual a otras actividades, que se encuentra centrada en la virtualidad. La preocupación de los docentes por el cambio brusco que ha sufrido la educación ha creado un área de desconcierto debido que han tenido que dejar las aulas físicas por digitales, es decir, que sienten un poco de temor al cambio violento por la deficiencia y desconocimiento de herramientas virtuales en algunos niveles educativos. El objetivo de este ensayo trata de realizar un análisis crítico sobre la actitud o postura de los docentes del uso y adaptación de las tecnologías, que se ha visto afectad por el Coronavirus , y que ha generado malestar en ambiente educativo por falta de infraestructura tecnológica, deficiencia en capacitación docente, e incluso deficiencia de apoyo por parte de los Distritos de Educación y por ende del Ministerio de Educación del Ecuador en este contexto es importante aclarar que mediante esta situación que vive el país, se ha concluido que en el proceso educativo de los diferentes áreas, existe deficiencias sobre conocimiento y manejo del uso de plataformas digitales y herramientas virtuales; esto hace que las instituciones tanto educativas como gubernamentales pongan énfasis en capacitaciones y manejo de herramientas tecnológica que ayuden formación de los estudiantes y fortalecimiento de las capacidades de los profesores. | es |
