dc.descriptionThe present documentary research was supported by the qualitative approach, of the hermeneutical paradigm, of an informative-interpretative type, with a topic design. Currently, the topic of education is of great importance; many times, negative and positive criticisms are heard in the same way because, in the country, there is a specific deficiency in terms of education, for which it is considered a problem both for public policies and private. Nowadays, it is observed that the responsibility of educating our students falls on the two essential pillars in the life of the student body, the family and the school. In the family context, parents carry out educational and social tasks; the teacher is the crucial educational training agent in school. For this reason, this essay aims to analyze the situation of teachers, the functions currently performed, and if they are appropriate for the student community. It is essential to mention that teachers not only transmit knowledge but also influence student decisions, promoting the values that young people will take directly or indirectly in their training before society. In this way, it is of the utmost importance to pay special attention to the different factors contributing to the teacher's performance during the student's development.en
dc.descriptionActualmente, el tópico de la educación es de gran importancia, muchas veces se escuchan críticas negativas y positivas de igual manera, pues en el país se cuenta con cierta deficiencia en cuestión de educación, por lo cual, se considera una problemática tanto para las políticas públicas y privadas. La presente investigación documental estuvo apoyada en el enfoque cualitativo, del paradigma hermenéutico, de tipo informativa-interpretativa, con diseño de tópico. Hoy en día, se observa que la responsabilidad de educar a nuestros estudiantes recae en los dos pilares esenciales en la vida del alumnado, la familia y la escuela. En el contexto familiar los padres son los encargados de desempeñar las labores tanto educativas como sociales, en referencia a la escuela el agente educativo clave de formación es el docente. Por esa razón, el objetivo del presente ensayo es analizar la situación de los docentes, las funciones realizadas actualmente, así mismo si son las adecuadas para la comunidad estudiantil. Es importante mencionar a los docentes no solo son transmisores de conocimiento, sino también influyentes en las decisiones de los estudiantes, promoviendo los valores que los jóvenes tomaran directa o indirectamente en su formación ante la sociedad. De tal manera es de suma importancia prestar atención especial a los diferentes factores que contribuyen en el desempeño del docente durante el desarrollo del estudiante. es
