“LA MIEL DE LA LECTURA” UNA EXPERIENCIA DE CONSTRUCCIÓN COLECTIVA SOBRE EL ROL DEL DOCENTE COMO PROMOTOR DE LECTURA

La Intencionalidad del estudio fue generar un proceso de construcción colectiva sobre el rol del docente como promotor de lectura en los estudiantes de la asignatura
Literatura Infantil de la Licenciatura en Educación Integral de la Universidad Panamericana del Puerto en el período 2-2013. El paradigma Socio Crítico es el
cuerpo epistemológico que sustenta el trabajo, organizando las acciones según el método de Investigación Acción Participativa de Kemmis y Mctaggart (1992). El grupo de trabajo se conformó con trece estudiantes del noveno semestre de la Licenciatura en Educación Integral en la Universidad Panamericana del Puerto (UNIPAP) y la docente de la asignatura Literatura Infantil. Para la recolección y registro de la información se empleó la observación participante, la entrevista cualitativa, diarios de campo, registros de entrevistas, grabaciones de audio y fotografías. El proceso metodológico fue: (1) la Reflexión Inicial, con el fin de diagnosticar las habilidades que poseen los estudiantes de Educación Integral para promover la lectura; (2) Plan de Acción, elaborado a partir de la preocupación temática compartida a fin de organizar acciones didácticas que permitan la construcción colectiva del rol del docente como promotor de la lectura; (3) Acción – Observación, en la que se implementaron las acciones didácticas planificadas; (4) Reflexión Final, momento en el que se meditó y conversó sobre todo el proceso de transformación vivido por los actores sociales. Entre las principales reflexiones se destaca el descubrimiento de emociones y sentimientos en el placer de leer; evidencias de progreso en la construcción del rol del docente como promotor de lectura; el efecto docente: contagiar el placer de leer;
aspectos relacionados con las estrategias, recursos y ambiente en la promoción de la lectura; la investigación acción en la formación de promotores de lectura y algunas consideraciones adicionales. The intention of this study was to create a collective building process about the teacher´s role as a reading promoter in students of Children´s Literature subject of Integral Education of Panamerican University in the academic period 2-2013. Socio Critical paradigm is configured as epistemology corpora that support this research organizing the action regarding to the researched methodology that has been established Participative Action by Kemmis and Mctaggart (1992). The researched group was formed by thirteen students of the ninth semester of the Bachelor´s in Integral Education of Panamerican University (UNIPAP) and the professor of the Children´s Literature subject. To collect and register the information, the participant observation was used, the qualitative interview, the research journal, the interview´s register forms, recordings and photographs. The methodology process was: (1) Initial Reflection, in order to diagnose the needed abilities that a reading promoter should have in the research group. (2) Action Plan, well thought – out based on the concern of the shared thematic as a result of the previous phase with the purpose of organize didactic actions that afford the collective building of the teacher´s role as a reading
promoter. (3) Action- Observation, the didactic actions were implemented. (4) Final Reflection, moment in which was meditated and converse about the whole transformation process experienced by the social actors. Between the main reflections was emphasize the showing of emotions and feelings about the reading pleasure, evidence of the progress in the building of teacher´s role as a reading promoter; the teacher´s effect in the passing on the pleasure of reading, related aspects of the strategies, resources, and environment in the reading promotion; the action research in the training of reading promotion and some others considerations.
