LA TRAMA DE INTERACCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS EN EL SISTEMA DE EDUCACIÓN A DISTANCIA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL ABIERTA

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como propósito configurar una trama teórica multi-enfocada, basada en las interacciones tecnológicas que se han llevado a cabo en el sistema de educación a distancia (EaD) de la Universidad Nacional Abierta (UNA). La sociedad infoexplosiva y cambiante que arropa la esencia humana, ha extrapolado los procesos de aprendizaje a un ecosistema denominado internet, caracterizado por una realidad que ahora no solo es física, sino también virtual, de alto alcance, omnipresente, dinámica e inmediata. Este entorno artificial, remite el desarrollo de otras formas pensar, ser, actuar y sentir, de parte de quienes interactúan como autoridades, diseñadores de contenidos, docentes y/o estudiantes. Este hecho dromológico, perfila retos con respecto a la usanza de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) en la EaD, sin descuidar juicios valorativos respecto a sus bondades y amenazas. De esta forma, se estableció un itinerario metodológico basado en la revisión y análisis documental - hermenéutico, que considera producciones digitales e impresiones de informantes clave. Los hallazgos conforman un entramado teóricopráctico, que devela la estigmergía e idoneidad institucional, sus implicaciones legales, la importancia de la interacción en los procesos académico-investigativos y la resignificación de concepciones socio-educativas y tecnológicas, para mantener vigentes los ideales UNISTAS frente a la liquidez del conocimiento y por ende, de las demandas de mediación tecnológica multi-modal y poli-soportada para compartir contenidos ubicuos, cambiantes, abiertos, polisémicos, tendientes a la administración de una oferta curricular de avanzada, arraigada en el progreso del sistema de EaD de la UNA.

This research purpose to set up a multi-focused, theoretical weft based on technological interactions that have taken place in the system of distance learning (DL) in National Open University (UNA). Society info-explosive and changing clothing human essence, it extrapolated learning processes to an ecosystem called the Internet, characterized by a reality that now is not only physical, but also virtual, high reach, omnipresent, dynamic and immediate. This artificial environment forwards the development of other forms thinking, being, acting and feeling, from those who interact as authorities, content designers, teachers and / or students. This dromological fact, emerging challenges regarding the usage of Information Technology and Communication (ITC) in distance education, without neglecting value judgments about their benefits and threats. This way, it has been established a methodological itinerary based on documentary review and hermeneutical analysis, which considers digital productions and impressions of involved informants. The findings make a theoretical and practical framework, which reveals the stigmergy and institutional suitability, its legal implications, the importance of interaction in academic and research processes and the redefinition of socio-educational and technological concepts to keep in force the UNISTAS ideal front liquidity of knowledge and therefore the demands of technological mediation multi-modal and poly-supported to share ubiquitous, changing, open, polysemic, aimed at the administration of a curricular offer advanced, rooted contained in the progress of the system in National Open University (UNA).
