¿ES POSIBLE ASUMIR EL DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE COMO EL FACTOR DE EQUILIBRIO EN LAS DESIGUALDADES SOCIALES?

Abstract

El estudio pretende obtener una visión analítica del concepto de Desarrollo Sustentable desde la conceptualización económica y ambiental enfrentada con la estabilidad y eficiencia de las propuestas o planes, considerando que se procura lograr una integración entre la economía eficiente basada en la producción y satisfacción de necesidades, junto con la interpretación para la obtención finita de los recursos naturales. Esta problemática se refiere a los aspectos sociales, lo cual tiene preminencia sobre las dimensiones ecológicas, económicas, políticas o culturales, que no se alejan de la realidad de Venezuela. El enfoque social brinda preferencia a la conformación de los grupos humanos y las propias situaciones ambientales como: condiciones de vida, educación, esperanzas, expectativas sobre el futuro y las relaciones interpersonales. En conclusión se intenta un acercamiento en cómo se puede descifrar un concepto en ocasiones tan distante como el Desarrollo Sustentable en una sociedad que prácticamente lo desconoce.

The study aims to obtain an analytical vision of the concept of Sustainable Development from the economic and environmental conceptualization faced with the stability and efficiency of the proposals or plans, considering that it seeks to achieve an integration between efficient economy based on production and satisfaction of needs, Together with the interpretation for the finite obtaining of the natural resources. This problem refers to social aspects, which has a pre-eminence about the ecological, economic, political or cultural dimensions, which are not far from the reality of Venezuela. The social approach gives preference to the conformation of the human groups and the own environmental situations as: conditions of life, education, hopes, expectations about the future and interpersonal relations. In conclusion, an attempt is made to approach how a concept can be deciphered at times as distant as Sustainable Development in a society that practically does not know it.
