ESTRATEGIAS PARA FORTALECER LOS VALORES DE CONVIVENCIA EN EL AULA
Resumen
La necesidad de fortalecer los valores sociales para restablecer la convivencia en
las aulas de clase, debería ser la tendencia educativa del subsistema de Educación
Primaria y el fundamental propósito del docente integral. En el presente trabajo se
destaca la actitud reflexiva de los miembros de la comunidad escolar ante los factores
que influyen en la formación ético moral de los estudiantes, ya que conlleva a tomar las
mejores decisiones y seleccionar las mejores estrategias didácticas para promover la convivencia armónica en el aula. Igualmente, se consideran importantes las relaciones interpersonales fundamentadas en principios y valores susceptibles de ser promovidos desde la escuela, de allí la importancia de incorporar los padres al trabajo escolar ya que ellos junto con el docente, representan los mejores modelos para educar en valores en contraposición con los antivalores que nos pretende imponer la dinámica social actual. members of the educative community, faced with factors that influences on the ethics
education from the students. As a result, it is appropriate to make decisions and choose
the best educational strategies to promote harmonica coexistence in classroom.
Besides, it has to consider the inter-personal relationships supported on values and
susceptible principles to be promoted from the school. For this reason, it is important to
incorporate the parents of the students to this educative job. In conclusion, parents with
teacher’s together represent the best models to educate on values against anti-values that pretend impose the current social dynamic.
