ESTRATEGIAS EN LA MINIMIZACIÓN DE LOS RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES PRESENTES EN EL PERSONAL DOCENTE DE LA ESCUELA INTEGRAL BOLIVARIANA: “RAFAEL RANGEL” II DEL MUNICIPIO NIRGUA ESTADO YARACUY

Abstract

Se trabajó en base a fomentar la minimización de los riesgos psicosociales en los docentes de Escuela Integral Bolivariana: “Rafael Rangel” II del municipio Nirgua Estado Yaracuy, mediante estrategias gerenciales. El estudio se realizó bajo la modalidad de investigación de campo bajo el paradigma socio crítico, método investigación acción participativa (IAP); tomando las características laborales de 13 docentes durante el año escolar 2012-2013 de ser activos en sus funciones. Se concluye resaltando la importancia de difundir información en pro de la salud de los trabajadores de la educación e instando a otros investigadores a abordar esta temática para promover cambio. Se recomienda al directivo de la institución hacer prosecución a las estrategias ejecutadas para consolidar una cultura de vida saludable y actuar así de forma preventivas ante las amenazas a la salud del personal.
