FORMACIÓN INICIAL DEL PROFESOR NOVEL UNIVERSITARIO: SABERES DEL DOCENTE Y CULTURA DEL APRENDIZAJE ORGANIZACIONAL

Abstract

En el presente artículo, de naturaleza documental, se estudia la formación inicial del profesor novel universitario, que en un primer momento se encuentra con la tarea de cribar y seleccionar los contenidos formativos de sus saberes especializados, actividad que debe hacerse desde su experticia académica, para luego reestructurar didácticamente dichos contenidos en una reflexión colectiva con sus pares sobre la propia praxis, donde se expresen las características específicas y singulares de la ciencia a enseñar, desarrollando así la didáctica especial. También se analiza el papel de la cultura organizacional, la necesidad de promover su conocimiento entre los profesores y el aprendizaje de la institución universitaria derivado de todo este proceso.

In this article, of a documentary nature, the initial training of the university professor is studied, who at first finds the task of screening and selecting the formative contents of his specialized knowledge, an activity that must be done from his academic experience, To then restructure didactically said contents in a collective reflection with their peers about their own praxis, where they express the specific and unique characteristics of the science to teach, thus developing special didactics. It also analyzes the role of organizational culture, the need to promote their knowledge among teachers and the learning of the university institution derived from this whole process.
