APROXIMACIÓN AL ANDAMIAJE METODOLÓGICO EN LOS ESTUDIOS ORGANIZACIONALES

Abstract

El presente artículo ha desarrollado reflexiones sobre los aspectos centrales de las técnicas, métodos y enfoques aplicados en los Estudios Organizacionales que han permitido comprender el alcance de la adecuada selección de la metodología que constituye un eje transversal del campo de las Ciencias Sociales. Asimismo, se examinarán aspectos generales del Análisis Organizacional. Esta investigación descriptiva-cualitativa se presenta a partir del método analítico-sintético el cual mediante la evaluación de la revisión bibliográfica y documentos científicos relacionados con el andamiaje metodológico de diversas investigaciones. Esto permitirá reafirmar la relevancia de la base metodológica utilizada en las investigaciones de los Estudios Organizacionales con la finalidad de profundizar en el área.

The present article incorporates reflections on the methodological aspects applied in the Organizational Studies that allow to understand the scope of an adequate selection in the methodological approach which constitutes transversal axis in the scientific research in the field of the Social Sciences. Likewise, general aspects of the methodological tool called Organizational Analysis will be examined. The composition presented here is structured from the analytical-synthetic method, which through the examination of bibliographic review and scientific documents related to the methodological bases on which various scientific researches have been formulated under the qualitative approach will reaffirm the unquestionable relevance of the methodological scaffolding employed in the investigations in the Organizational Studies in order to obtain an adequate illustration on the subject.
