EPISTEMOLOGÍA HACIA LA FORMACIÓN GERENCIAL DEL SIGLO XXI

Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad reflexionar acerca de los enfoques epistemológicos de la gerencia, orientado hacia los aportes de los mismos en la formación del nuevo gerente del siglo XXI. Para lo cual se realizó una revisión documental, donde se examinan constructos como la gerencia, la formación de los gerentes, la epistemología positivista y constructivista. Además de las tendencias recientes de la epistemología gerencial, como la complejidad y la holística. Se analiza a través de la epistemología cuál o cuáles son las perspectivas más idóneas para direccionar la capacitación para la actual praxis gerencial. A partir de este reflexionar epistemológico se busca las posibilidades de integrar y complementar los diferentes enfoques en lo que llamo encuentro epistemológico para la formación gerencial.

The purpose of this essay is to reflect on the epistemological approaches of management, oriented towards their contributions in the formation of the new manager of the 21st century. For which a documentary review was carried out, where constructs such as management, management training, positivist and constructivist epistemology are examined. In addition to recent trends in managerial epistemology, such as complexity and holistic. It is analyzed through epistemology which or which are the most suitable perspectives to direct the training for the current management praxis. From this epistemological reflection, we look for the possibilities of integrating and complementing the different approaches in what I call an epistemological encounter for managerial training.
