ESTRATEGIAS GERENCIALES PARA FORTALECER EL ROL DEL DOCENTE DE CULTURA EN LAS ESCUELAS DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA

Abstract

Se presentan los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue diseñar un plan de estrategias gerenciales para fortalecer el rol del docente de cultura en las escuelas básicas del Municipio Escolar Naguanagua, estado Carabobo. El trabajo se enmarcó en la modalidad de proyecto factible, apoyado en una investigación de campo de carácter descriptivo desarrollada en tres fases: diagnóstico, factibilidad y diseño de la propuesta. Para la recolección de los datos, se tomó una muestra de veinticinco (25) docentes de cultura y se utilizó un cuestionario con alternativas policotómicas de treinta (30) preguntas. El análisis de la información recopilada permitió concluir que el gerente educativo no desarrolla estrategias gerenciales que permitan fortalecer el rol del docente de cultura en estas escuelas, por lo cual surgió la necesidad de diseñar las estrategias gerenciales que orienten el trabajo de los docentes en el desempeño de sus funciones en el área de cultura.

The results of a research whose objective was to design a plan of management strategies to strengthen the role of culture teacher in the basic schools of the Naguanagua School District, Carabobo state are presented. The work was framed in the feasible project modality, supported by a descriptive field research developed in three phases: diagnosis, feasibility and proposal design. For the compilation of the data, a sample of twenty-five (25) culture teachers was taken and a questionnaire with thirty (30) questions of polymorphic alternatives was used. The analysis of the information gathered allowed concluding that the educational manager does not develop managerial strategies that allow strengthening the role of the teacher of culture in these schools, for which the need arose to design the managerial strategies that orient the work of the teachers in the performance of its functions in the area of culture.
