LA ORIENTACIÓN VOCACIONAL UNIVERSITARIA. PRINCIPIOS QUE LA REPRESENTAN

Abstract

Este artículo presenta una revisión fundamentada en los principios que representan a la orientación vocacional universitaria como alternativa para fortalecer la docencia como profesión de estudios, permitiendo identificar cada uno de ellos y su vinculación con la selección de la carrera universitaria. Para este trabajo se consideraron teorías previas que sustentan la orientación vocacional, ya que desde esta perspectiva todo conocimiento y saber es una interpretación de la realidad para valorar lo que hay tras la información y el conocimiento. En éste estudio se abordó una revisión documental basada en referencias bibliográficas que proporcionaron una nueva manera de visualizar la realidad que envuelve a la orientación vocacional en la contemporaneidad, a través de los principios que la representan. En este sentido, los principios mencionados y descritos en el desarrollo del trabajo retroactúan recursivamente en un proceso complejo, vinculando al estudiante y futuro profesional con sus intereses, preferencias y valores.

This article presents a review based on the principles that represent university vocational guidance as an alternative to strengthen teaching as a study profession, allowing each of them to be identified and linked to the selection of the university career. For this work, previous theories that support vocational guidance were considered, since from this perspective all knowledge and knowledge is an interpretation of reality to assess what is behind information and knowledge. In this study, a documentary review based on bibliographical references that provided a new way of visualizing the reality that surrounds the vocational orientation in the contemporaneity, through the principles that represent it, was approached. In this sense, the principles mentioned and described in the development of work retroactively recursively in a complex process, linking the student and professional future with their interests, preferences and values.
