DESARROLLO EDUCATIVO -SOCIO COMUNITARIO EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE MAQUINARIAS PARA EL SISTEMA DE PRODUCCIÓN DE CACAO

Abstract

El cacao se ha destacado por ser un rubro de gran importancia comercial en el ámbito mundial. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo promover el desarrollo educativo y socio-comunitario en la elaboración de maquinarias para el sistema productivo de cacao en la Asociación de Productores Unidos de Trincheras. La investigación se enmarcó en un diseño de campo. Llevando a cabo una observación directa, realizando un diagnóstico general del sistema de producción de cacao. En el diagnóstico resaltó la necesidad de implementar el desarrollo educativo social-comunitario para la elaboración de maquinarias en el sistema de producción. Asimismo, se evaluó factores que influyen en el desarrollo educativo y productivo de cacao. Una vez identificados, se obtuvo como resultado la necesidad de incorporar actividades educativas entre los productores y promover el desarrollo del procesamiento del cacao a través de diseños de equipos y maquinarias donde se vinculen comunitariamente la elaboración de los mismos.

Cocoa has stood out for being an item of great commercial importance in the world. The objective of this research is to promote educational and socio-community development in the elaboration of machinery for the cocoa production system in the Association of United Producers of Trincheras. The investigation was framed in a field design. Carrying out a direct observation, making a general diagnosis of the cocoa production system. In the diagnosis highlighted the need to implement social-community educational development for the development of machinery in the production system. Also, factors that influence the educational and productive development of cocoa were evaluated. Once identified, the result was the need to incorporate educational activities among producers and promote the development of cocoa processing through designs of equipment and machinery where the elaboration of the same is communally linked.
