IMPORTANCIA DE LAS ARTES Y EL DESARROLLO DE LA CREATIVIDAD EN LA FORMACIÓN DEL PERFIL DEL DOCENTE

Abstract

Cada día resulta más significativo conocer los alcances de las artes y su aplicación en ámbitos educativos, así como también el desarrollo de la creatividad en la formación de los docentes para cumplir con un perfil adecuado para fines didácticos y pedagógicos. Es por ello, que el objetivo de esta investigación es exponer la importancia del dominio de las artes y el desarrollo de la creatividad en la formación académica de los educadores. Para cumplir con el propósito planteado se realizó una investigación documental basada en las teorías psicológicas del aprendizaje que sustentan la importancia de la creatividad y el arte en la formación del perfil del docente, haciendo referencia a cada una de las expresiones de arte. Según lo planteado, puede afirmarse que los procesos educativos deben enriquecerse constantemente a través de la aplicación de diversas prácticas artísticas creativas, en especial, cuando se trata de la formación académica de los docentes.

Every day it is more meaningful to know the scope of the arts and its application in educational fields, as well as the development of creativity in the training of teachers to meet a suitable profile for teaching and pedagogical purposes. It is for this reason that the objective of this research is to expose the importance of mastery of the arts and the development of creativity in the educational formation of educators. In order to fulfill the stated purpose, a documentary research was carried out based on the psychological theories of learning that support the importance of creativity and art in the formation of the teacher profile, making reference to each of the expressions of art. According to the above, it can be affirmed that educational processes should be constantly enriched through the application of various creative artistic practices, especially when it comes to the academic training of teachers.
