MIGRACIÓN Y MERCADO LABORAL: DILEMAS DEL SEGMENTO PROFESIONAL EN VENEZUELA
Resumen
Las nociones fundamentales que orientan el
estudio de los mercados laborales encuentran
sustento en aspectos de orden económico que
con el tiempo han derivado hacia la sociología
del trabajo brindado nuevas luces doctrinarias
para el estudio de fenómenos como las
migraciones. El caso venezolano es de interés
superlativo en esta escena disciplinaria, en virtud
de la condición atípica en la cual, en este país, se
ha gestado el nuevo proceso migratorio,
particularmente del segmento profesional, lo
cual obliga a analizar su nueva configuración en
un contexto de palmaria volatilidad, del cual
emergen argumentos sustantivos para reconocer
la desestructuración del mercado laboral interno
con consecuencias que se ubican, en un primer
estadio, en elementos que concurren alrededor de
los derechos fundamentales, con centro en el
trabajo y la educación. Se intenta en el presente
estudio establecer un acercamiento al problema
de la migración a partir de la sociología de los
Mercados Laborales como eje disciplinario, en el
marco de un enfoque interpretativo y crítico, de
tipo documental. The fundamental notions that guide the study of
labor markets find support in aspects of
economic order that over time have led to the
sociology of work provided new doctrinal lights
for the study of phenomena such as migration.
The Venezuelan case is of superlative interest in
this disciplinary scene, in virtue of the atypical
condition in which, in this country, the new
migratory process has been gestated, particularly
in the professional segment, which forces us to
analyze its new configuration in a context of
obvious volatility, from which substantive
arguments emerge to recognize the destructuring
of the internal labor market with consequences
that are located, in a first stage, in elements that
concur around fundamental rights, with a focus
on work and education. The aim of this study is
to establish an approach to the problem of
migration from the sociology of the Labor
Markets as a disciplinary axis, within the
framework of an interpretative and critical,
documentary approach.
