La Prueba de Aptitud Académica en relación al rendimiento y migración estudiantil Escuela de Ingeniería Forestal (1988-1996)

Abstract

En vista del bajo rendimiento y la allá migración en la Escuela de Ingeniería Forestal, y su asociación con el ingreso a la carrera. Se realizó un estudio de la Asignación por OPSU período 1987-1995 para identificar un perfil del estudiante que ha ingresado a la carrera. Luego de identificar el perfil de dicho estudiante, se asoció sus variables agrupadas en Factores; al Rendimiento Académico durante la carrera y a la migración hacia otras carreras, en el periodo comprendido entre el semestre B-88 y A-96; obteniendo que algunos Factores presentan relación, pero no con las mismas variables. Se evalúa el valor predictivo de la Forma de Ingreso con el Rendimiento Académico y la Migración, encontrando muy poca relación entre las mismas.

In view, of the low yield and the high migration in the School of Forest Engineering, and their association with the entrance lo the career. It was made a study of the Assignment for OPSU from periods of 1987-1995, in order to identify the student's profile of the one who has entered to the career. After identifying the student's profile. I associated their variables contained in Factors with the Academic Yield during the careers and to the migration toward other careers. In the period among the semester B-88 and A-96; was obtained some Factors that presented relationship, but not with the same variables. The predictable variable in the Way of Entrance is evaluated with the Academic Yield and the Migration, finding a little relationship among the same ones.
