POLÍTICA, DEMOCRACIA Y CONTINGENCIA: UNA LECTURA DE LA ÉTICA DE SPINOZA

Abstract

Este artículo se propone analizar la actualidad de las consecuencias políticas que se siguen del pensamiento de Spinoza. Las tres partes del trabajo estarán arti-culadas en torno a los siguientes aspectos : a) la valoración del punto de vista di-vino en política, b) la implicación del cuerpo para mantener la paz civil y c) los fundamentos afectivos del establecimiento del pacto civil.

This paper aims at breaking down the actuality of the political consequences entailed in Spinoza’s thought. The three parts of the paper tackle the following issues: a) an enquiry of the point of view of god in politics; b) the involvement of body for fostering civil peace and c) the affective grounds of the establishment of the civil contract.
