INTERVENCIÓN GRUPAL SOBRE AUTOESTIMA PARA ESTUDIANTES DE 2DO AÑO DE LA ESCUELA DE TEATRO RAMÓN ZAPATA

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar los efectos de un programa de intervención grupal sobre autoestima para estudiantes de Segundo año de la Escuela de Teatro Ramón Zapata de la ciudad de Valencia, Edo. Carabobo. Los referentes teóricos son la Teoría de Jerarquía de necesidades de Maslow y el Análisis Transaccional de Eric Berne. La muestra estuvo constituida por 11 estudiantes. Los instrumentos de recolección de información fueron: el diagnóstico, la observación directa, la entrevista no estructurada y un pre-taller. Se midió el efecto de la intervención aplicando un pre-test y post-test dando como resultado el fortalecimiento de la autoestima. En conclusión el grupo integró herramientas teórico-prácticas que les ayudarán a alcanzar los objetivos planteados.

The objective of this study is to determine the effects of a group intervention program on self-esteem for second year students of the Ramón Zapata Theater School in the city of Valencia, Edo. Carabobo The theoretical referents are Maslow's Theory of Hierarchy of Needs and Transactional Analysis by Eric Berne. The sample consisted of 11 students. The instruments for collecting information were: diagnosis, direct observation, unstructured interview and a pre-workshop. The effect of the intervention was measured by applying a pretest and posttest, resulting in the strengthening of self-esteem. In conclusion, the group integrated theoreticalpractical tools that will help them achieve the objectives set.
