PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN SOBRE LA COHESIÓN DEL PERSONAL DE LA ESCUELA TÉCNICA ENRIQUE DELGADO PALACIOS. MUNICIPIO GUACARA. ESTADO CARABOBO

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo, determinar el efecto de la intervención grupal dirigida al fortalecimiento de la cohesión en el personal de la Escuela Técnica Enrique Delgado Palacios. Se fundamenta en la Teoría Gestalt de Perls (1952) y el Modelo de Cohesión Grupal de Carron (1982). De tipo experimental, diseño pre-experimental, pretest y post-test. La población consta de 60 miembros del personal y la muestra de 13. Muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Se aplicó entrevista no estructurada, observación y cuestionario Inventario de Ambiente Grupal (GEQ) de Carron, Widmeyer y Brawley (1985). Uso de estadística descriptiva. Al aplicar técnicas y análisis bajo los procesos de Dinámica de Grupo, permitió identificar el foco o variable a ser intervenida. Se pudo demostrar cambios favorables en la cohesión del grupo.
