LA JUBILACION DEL DOCENTE: ZONA DE CONFORT O EMPODERAMIENTO PERSONAL

Abstract

Este artículo presenta el fenómeno de la jubilación en los docentes para optar a una zona de confort o de empoderamiento personal. Se abordará desde la transición del trabajo (activo) a la jubilación, sus significados, consecuencias, desafíos, y alternativas de acción vinculadas con la preparación. Para dicho análisis se cuenta con información bibliográfica y estudios e investigaciones realizadas en la materia. Con respecto al tema, interesa destacar la actitud del docente a nivel personal y profesional ante esta etapa de vida como jubilados, expectativas, perfil que desea ocupar en este nuevo siglo, y su necesidad de configurar nuevos roles que signifiquen mantenerse en su zona de confort o una actitud de empoderamiento activo, participativo e integrado a la sociedad.

This article presents the phenomenon of retirement in teachers to opt for a comfort zone or personal empowerment. It will be addressed from the transition from work (active) to retirement, its meanings, consequences, challenges, and action alternatives linked to preparation. For this analysis, there is bibliographic information and studies and research carried out on the subject. With regard to the subject, it is important to highlight the attitude of the teacher at a personal and professional level before this stage of life as retirees, expectations, profile that you want to occupy in this new century, and your need to configure new roles that mean staying in your comfort zone or an attitude of active empowerment, participatory and integrated to society.
