PRODUCCIÓN DE CONOCIMIENTO EN LAS UNIVERSIDADES VENEZOLANAS: UNA CONSTRUCCIÓN SOCIAL DE LA REALIDAD DESDE LAS REPRESENTACIONES SOCIALES DE LOS DOCENTES

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito generar una aproximación teórica sobre cómo los docentes producen conocimiento en las universidades venezolanas a partir de las representaciones sociales de forma que puedan ser interpretadas y comprendidas en las comunidades académicas. Bajo un enfoque fenomenológico. Enmarcada en la construcción de la realidad social de Schütz, A (1977), y la construcción social de la realidad de Berger y Luckmann (1978). Basado en el paradigma cualitativo desde la etnometodología. Se aplicó la entrevista en profundidad. El conocimiento está asociado a la acción social del hombre en el mundo histórico y estos deben ser reconstruidos por cada actor individual desde su propia conciencia quienes desarrollan construcciones personales, con una estructura lingüística basada en signos y símbolos.

The purpose of this research was to generate a theoretical approach on how teachers produce knowledge in Venezuelan universities from social representations so that they can be interpreted and understood in academic communities. Knowledge is associated with the social action of man in the historical world and these must be reconstructed by each individual actor from his own conscience who develop personal constructions, with a linguistic structure based on signs and symbols.
