RETOS DEL ESTUDIANTE UNIVERSITARIO EN TIEMPO DE CRISIS

Abstract

La presente disertación expone los desafíos que confrontan los estudiantes ante la crisis universitaria. Se señala una inversión gubernamental deficiente para las universidades, lo que limita a los universitarios en su proceso educativo. Sin embargo, frente a estos obstáculos encuentran una universidad dispuesta a ayudarlos en su carrera profesional. Se plantean dos inquietudes: fortalecer sus aspiraciones o desertar de sus estudios. De allí, que tratan temas como Motivación, desde la teoría de Maslow, la relación Familia-Trabajo-Educación como pilar que sustenta el desarrollo del estudiante y por ende el país, Valores y Antivalores, el Ingenio y Vocación como herramientas para confrontar adversidades durante la formación del docente que el país requiere y finalmente, reflexionar sobre: ¿Desea ser docente ante esta crisis?

The present exposure expounds on the challenge that the students confront faced with the university crisis. In view of, the government inversion is deficient to support the university needs. It limits the students in their educative process. However, there is a university determined to help them in their professional studies. These challenges make them think about two alternatives: fortify their aspirations or desert. Then, they talk about the Maslow’s theory motivation, the relationship between Family-Work-Education as a base that supports the student development and the country too, Values and Antivalues, Talent and Vocation as tools to confront adversities on teacher vocational training that the progress of the country requires and finally, reflect on: Do you want to be teacher in this crisis situation?.
