Una mirada crítica sobre la incidencia social y territorial: Los procesos interculturales de innovación popular.

Abstract

En los tiempos actuales apremia la necesidad de intentar por otras formas de desarrollo que hagan peso a las lógicas tradicionales de pensar el progreso desde las corrientes, prácticas y discursos institucionales, es decir, de arriba hacia abajo, lo cual denota la posibilidad de superar los esquemas político- burocráticos de naturaleza procedimentales, los cuales van en contravía de las formas de organización comunitaria que emergen en los territorios donde coexisten comunidades rurales, étnicas y populares. En este sentido, la finalidad del siguiente artículo de investigación, consiste en concebir las formas de organización comunales como experiencias interculturales y decoloniales, las cuales apelan por superar las diferencias sustanciales que generan violencia, para darle paso a la reconstrucción del tejido social desde las prácticas, narrativas y procesos intersubjetivos de liberación desde el sujeto individual y colectivo en el territorio. Siendo ello un reflejo de la necesidad de reconocer dinámicas de innovación social desde el sentipensar y la necesidad de los pueblos en movimiento por la vida, la autonomía, la cultura y la emergencia de paces desde abajo.

In the current times, there is an urgent need to try out other forms of development that give weight to the traditional logics of thinking progress from the institutional streams, practices and speeches; that is, from the top down, which denotes the possibility of overcoming the political-bureaucratic schemes of procedural nature, which go against the forms of community organization that emerge in the territories where rural, ethnic and popular communities coexist. In this sense, the purpose of the following research article is to conceive the forms of communal organization as intercultural and decolonial experiences, which appeal to overcome the substantial differences that generate violence, to give way to the reconstruction of the social fabric from the practices, narratives and intersubjective processes of liberation from the individual and collective subject in the territory. This reflects upon the need to recognize the dynamics of social innovation from the feeling and need of peoples in movement for life, autonomy, culture and the emergence of peace from below.
