Gestión agroalimentaria urbana. Impacto, responsabilidad social y compañerismo ciudadana.

Abstract

Con el crecimiento urbano en los últimos días, sobre todo en los países en condiciones críticas económicas, se han buscado nuevos modelos de sustentabilidad en la agricultura, que permitan resolver los problemas para aumentar la calidad de vida y seguridad alimentaria. Con el auge de la agricultura urbana, se ha podido demostrar que puede constituir una de las principales vías para solventar estos problemas; Es por ello, que le presente artículo pretende abordar la Gestión Agroalimentaria, considerando su Impacto, Responsabilidad Social y Compañerismo Ciudadano, así como profundizar en los métodos participativos que sirvan como herramientas para trabajar, caracterizar y capacitar a las comunidades, en temáticas relacionadas con el manejo tecnológico de sus sistemas productivos y en cómo potenciar una mejor utilización de la biodiversidad agrícola desde el hacer ecológico y de aprovechamiento colectivo a través de la experiencia dela comunidad Maisanta. El objetivo fundamental es trascender los beneficios de la agroalimentación al adaptarse a condiciones socioeconómicas actuales. De ahí se desprende que el crecimiento de las ciudades también estaba determinado de manera decisiva por la dimensión de los bienes agrícolas producidos en el espacio urbano. La metodología se plantea un estudio bajo el paradigma interpretativo cuya finalidad es la de conocer la Gestión Agroalimentaria Urbana. Impacto, Responsabilidad Social y Compañerismo Ciudadano, en una disertación donde la interpretación de la información fue generada del mismo proceso subjetivo e intersubjetivo de las realidades socialmente construidas por las prácticas de Gestión Agroalimentaria Urbana de los sujetos clave, que tienen experiencia en la materia, ubicados en la comunidad Maisanta en Cumaná, del Estado Sucre, Venezuela.

With urban growth in recent days, especially in countries in critical economic conditions, new models of sustainability have been sought in agriculture, which allow solving problems to increase the quality of life and food security. With the rise of urban agriculture, it has been shown that it can be one of the main ways to solve these problems; That is why this article aims to address Agri-Food Management, considering its Impact, Social Responsibility and Citizen Fellowship, as well as delving into participatory methods that serve as tools to work, characterize and train communities, on issues related to the technological management of their production systems and on how to promote a better use of agricultural biodiversity from ecological action and collective use through the experience of the Maisanta community. The fundamental objective is to transcend the benefits of agri food by adapting to current socioeconomic conditions. Hence it follows that the growth of cities was also decisively determined by the size of agricultural goods produced in urban space. The methodology is a study under the interpretive paradigm whose purpose is to know the Urban Food and Agriculture Management. Impact, Social Responsibility and Citizen Fellowship, in a dissertation where the interpretation of the information was generated from the same subjective and intersubjective process of the socially constructed realities by the Urban Agri-Food Management practices of the key subjects, who have experience in the matter, located in the Maisanta community in Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela.
