La formación de emprendedores para generar empleo debe responder a las condiciones cambiantes de la realidad socioeconómica, empresarial, humana y cultural; no solo a los tiempos de crisis. La educación, la investigación formativa y el aprendizaje basado en problemas pueden contribuir al perfil creativo e innovador del emprendedor. Quien es capaz de impactar su entorno y aportar a la productividad, competitividad y desarrollo local, a partir de la creación de nuevas empresas o mejora de las existentes en el territorio
