Diagnóstico estratégico de las MiPyMEs artesanales en Colombia

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico estratégico para las MiPymes artesanales en el municipio de Sogamoso, mediante una metodología cuantitativa, con un método descriptivo, aplicando una encuesta socioeconómica donde se indagó sobre variables como: aspectos generales, factores administrativos, humanos, de innovación, mercadeo y financiero; con el ánimo de examinar la sostenibilidad del sector artesanal. En esta investigación se determinó la DOFA encontradas, con aras a proponer estrategias que ayuden a fortalecer esta actividad económica para el municipio de Sogamoso, Colombia.

The objective of this article is to carry out a strategic diagnosis for artisan MiPymes in the municipality of Sogamoso, using a methodology of quantitative approach, with a descriptive method, applying a socioeconomic survey where variables such as: general aspects of artisan MSMEs, administrative, human, innovation, marketing and financial factors; with the aim of examining the sustainability of the artisanal sector, since in recent years there has been a decrease in the economic value granted to this type of practices, which have been recognized at the national level. In this research the strengths, threats, opportunities and weaknesses found in this sector were determined, in order to propose short, medium and long term strategies that contribute to strengthen this economic activity for the municipality of Sogamoso.
