Las Creative Commons en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano

Abstract

Las Creative Commons buscan formar y fomentar una cultura de libre acceso a la información, que permita a los autores de las obras (literarias, artísticas, etc.) o los titulares de estos derechos, conservar sus derechos morales; y, liberar los derechos patrimoniales bajo ciertas restricciones (en Ecuador se reconocen 11 Licencias Creative Commons). Esta investigación pretende realizar una revisión sistemática de literatura SRL y contrastarla con el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano, de tal suerte que permita tener un mejor alcance y comprensión sobre la temática referida.

The Creative Commons seek to form and promote a culture of free access to information, which allows the authors of the works (literary, artistic, etc.) or the holders of these rights, to preserve their moral rights; and, release the economic rights under certain restrictions (in Ecuador, 11 Creative Commons Licenses are recognized). This research intends to carry out a systematic review of SRL literature and contrast it with the Ecuadorian legal system, in such a way as to allow a better scope and understanding of the aforementioned subject.
