Referentes conceptuales acerca de la influencia de la Auditoría Financiera en la gestión de las medianas empresas industriales del Ecuador

Abstract

La auditoría financiera examina los estados financieros y a través de ellos las operaciones financieras realizadas por el ente contable, con la finalidad de emitir una opinión técnica y profesional, si dichos estados presentan buena situación financiera, valorando los resultados de las operaciones, las variaciones en el capital contable y las inversiones de capital. Su transparencia incide en la gestión económica de las medianas empresas industriales, para lo cual se realiza un análisis que permite valorar su influencia en el desempeño de dichas empresas en la Provincia Los Ríos en Ecuador

The financial audit examines the financial states and through them the financial operations carried out by the countable entity, with the purpose of emitting an opinion technical and professional, if this states present good financial situation, valuing the results of the operations, the variations in the countable capital and the capital investments. Their transparency impacts in the economic administration of the medium industrial companies, for that which is carried out an analysis that allows to value its influence in the acting of this companies in the County the Rivers in Ecuador.
