LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO EN RELACIÓN AL FEMICIDIO

Abstract

El presente trabajo contempla la violencia de género que abarca todos los actos mediante los cuales se discrimina, se ignora, somete y subordina a las mujeres en los diferentes aspectos de su existencia; entendiéndose así todo ataque material y simbólico que afecte su libertad, dignidad, seguridad, intimidad, integridad moral y que gracias al apoyo de muchas mujeres que decidieron romper el silencio y de muchas Ongs se ha llegado a tomar conciencia para dar el interés e importancia que merece este proceso, han logrado que se frene esta violencia de género; que constituye un grave problema de salud pública y de violación sistemática de sus derechos humanos. Según estos antecedentes se podría indicar que la violencia ejercida contra las mujeres se debe a su naturaleza femenina, violencia que conlleva un sinnúmero de comportamientos lesivos para la sociedad, producidos en cualquier ámbito, con dimensiones que van desde discriminación, agresión física y en muchos casos ha llegado hasta la muerte.

This work includes gender violence covering all acts by which are discriminated ignored, subjects and subordinates women in different aspects of their existence; well understood all material and symbolic attack that affects their freedom, dignity, security, privacy, moral integrity and with the support of many women who decided to break the silence and many NGOs have come to realize to give interest and importance deserves this process, they have achieved this gender violence is curbed; which is a serious public health problem and systematic violation of their human rights. According to these records could indicate that violence against women is due to their feminine nature, violence involves a number of harmful behaviors to society, produced in any area, with dimensions ranging from discrimination, physical aggression and in many cases you can lead to death.
