Los imaginarios toponímicos patrimoniales de Venezuela : entre bienes inmateriales y materiales de la división geopolítica

Abstract

La presente investigación se propone la interpretación de los imaginarios, a partir de la revisión nocional de la imaginación y el imaginario, como fuentes de conocimiento y creación. Así, los imaginarios toponímicos son vistos de los manifiestos en lo inmaterial, por la palabra, y lo material, por el arte, a través del creer, crear y recrear, actos hechos y acciones. Se toma como contexto, los nombres oficiales de país, estados y municipios de Venezuela, desde la visual de los marcos de ley internacionales y nacionales que los protegen como patrimonios y el des-arraigo de los ciudadanos. La comprensión epistémica, ubica la investigación en el análisis, arrojando como resultados que de los 360 topónimos descritos, la gran mayoría de ellos han perdido de su condición de bienes consuetudinarios heredados por consenso, por tanto, son imposiciones propiciadas desde el Derecho Positivo, según las visiones de los políticos de turno. Eso conlleva a cambios, transformaciones y ocultamientos continuos en los imaginarios, alterando la memoria y las creaciones artísticas que se suscitan; en consecuencia, perdiendo el significado y la significancia en su devenir, pero a su vez, planteando la concreción de nuevos imaginarios, tanto en la palabra como en la obra.

The present investigation proposes the interpretation of the toponymic imaginaries, from the notional revision of the imagination and the imaginary, as sources of knowledge and creation. Thus, the toponymic imaginaries are seen from the manifestos in the immaterial, by the word, and the material, by the art, through believing, creating and recreating, acts done and actions. The official names of the country, states and municipalities of Venezuela are taken as context, from the perspective of international, national, regional and local legal frameworks that protect them as patrimonies and the dislocation of citizens. The epistemic understanding, locates the investigation in the analysis, throwing like results that of the 360 named toponyms, the great majority of them have lost their condition of customary goods inherited by consensus, therefore, they are impositions propitiated from the Positive Right, according to the visions of the politicians of the day. This leads to continuous changes, transformations and concealments in the imaginaries, altering the memory and the artistic creations that arise, consequently, losing meaning and significance in their evolution, but in turn, the concretion of new imaginaries, both in the word as in the work.
