Modelación de grupo de investigación orientado a la sostenibilidad de la producción científica. Caso de estudio

Abstract

Se diseña, valida, implementa modelo al gestar grupos de investigación científica desde el ámbito académico. Se provee la estructura del grupo y sus políticas, competencias investigativas, capacidad de articular proyectos multidisciplinarios, interpretar y regular la interacción organizacional. Son propuestos proyectos pretendiendo la sostenibilidad de las producciones científicas. Se concluye con la aplicación del modelo y validación del mismo.

It is designed, validated and implemented model to gestate groups of scientific investigation from the academic environment. The structure, its policies, investigating competitions, capability of articulating multidisciplinary projects, interpreting and regulating the organizational interaction are supplied. Projects, aligned to the investigating lines are proposed, wanting the sustainability of scientific productions. It is concluded with the application and validation of the Model.
