Percepciones de los docentes sobre el modelo pedagógico incluyendo sus prácticas de aula, un estudio fenomenológico

Abstract

La investigación buscó explorar las percepciones de los docentes de una institución privada de la Costa Atlantica colombiana sobre la implementación del modelo pedagógico institucional, incluyendo sus prácticas de aula. En el estudio con enfoque cualitativo y diseño fenomenológico trascendental, se utilizaron técnicas como entrevistas en profundidad y el diario del investigador que facilitó la aplicación del Bracketing. Los resultados se dan a conocer en los temas emergentes provistos por los participantes, cuya esencia es la estructura fundamental del fenómeno.

The research sought to explore the perceptions of teachers from a private institution on the Atlantic Coast about the implementation of the institutional pedagogical model, including their classroom practices. In the study with a qualitative approach and transcendental phenomenological design, techniques such as in-depth interviews and the researcher's diary were used, which facilitated the application of Bracketing. The results are disclosed in the emerging themes provided by the participants, whose essence is the fundamental structure of the phenomenon.
