ESTRATEGIAS DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LA GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA DEL DOCENTE EN EL INSTITUTO UNIVERSITARIO DE TECNOLOGIA AGRO-INDUSTRIAL, CON SEDE EN COLÓN, ESTADO TÁCHIRA

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como finalidad proponer estrategia de satisfacción laboral para el fortalecimiento de la gestión educativa del docente del Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Agroindustrial con sede en la ciudad de Colon, estado Táchira, puesto que hace necesario consolidar mejor practica a fin de un mejor clima organizacional a través de la integración y participación para un mejor desempeño con elementos de responsabilidad que proyectara mejores relaciones interpersonales en búsqueda de un equipo que a través de la comunicación buscara proyectar el liderazgo docente con elementos propias de la motivación para la toma de decisiones concertadas en la participación para la gestión educativa. Por ello el objetivo General de este estudio se enfoca hacia Proponer estrategias de satisfacción laboral para el fortalecimiento de la gestión educativa del docente en el Instituto Universitario Agro-Industrial con sede en Colón, estado Táchira. Metodológicamente es una investigación enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño de campo, con carácter descriptivo y proyecto factible. Para tal fin, la población estará conformada por treinta y cuatro docentes de la Institución que se tomará como muestra censal que representa el cien por ciento de la misma. La técnica que se utilizara será la encuesta, y para la recolección de los datos se aplicara el Instrumento el cuestionario con escala de Lickert, con cinco opciones de respuestas siempre, casi siempre, algunas veces, casi nunca, nunca. Una vez culminada la etapa de recolección de información se elaborará una matriz de doble entrada, registrándose la respuesta en todos y cada uno de los ítems, seguidamente se calculará la frecuencia simple y absoluta, para obtener los datos para el posterior análisis. La validez de contenido se lograra a través de la técnica juicio de expertos, conformado por tres (3) profesionales de alta trayectoria, especialistas en el tema en estudio. Para determinar la confiabilidad del Instrumento se aplicara la prueba piloto a docentes no pertenecientes a la institución. La consistencia se determinara con el procedimiento Alpha de Cronbach.

The purpose of this research is to propose a job satisfaction strategy for the strengthening of the educational management of the University Institute of Agroindustrial Technology professor based in the city of Colon, Táchira state, since it is necessary to consolidate better practice in order to improve the climate organizational through the integration and participation for a better performance with elements of responsibility that project better interpersonal relationships in search of a team that through communication seek to project the teaching leadership with elements of the motivation to make concerted decisions in participation for educational management. Therefore, the General objective of this study focuses on Propose strategies of job satisfaction for the strengthening of the educational management of the teacher at the University Institute Agro-Industrial based in Colón, Táchira state. Methodologically it is a research quantitative approach, with field design, with descriptive character and feasible project. To this end, the population will be made up of thirty-four teachers from the institution that will be taken as a census sample that represents one hundred percent of it. The technique that will be used will be the survey, and for the data collection the Instrument will be applied the questionnaire with scale of Lickert, with five options of answers always, almost always, sometimes, almost never, never. Once the information collection stage has been completed, a double entry matrix will be prepared, recording the response in each and every one of the items, then the simple and absolute frequency will be calculated to obtain the data for the subsequent analysis. The content validity will be achieved through the expert judgment technique, made up of three (3) highly experienced professionals, specialists in the subject under study. To determine the reliability of the Instrument, the pilot test will be applied to teachers who do not belong to the institution. The consistency will be determined with the Cronbach Alpha procedure.
