El modelo pedagógico: una reflexión desde la dimensión didáctica en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en administración

Abstract

El objetivo del artículo es mostrar el modelo pedagógico dominante en los programas académicos de Administración que ofrecen las Universidades adscritas al Capítulo Central de la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Administración. El estudio se desarrolló en dos fases: la primera fue contrastar los modelos pedagógicos descritos en los Proyectos Educativos de los Programas con la práctica docente, y la segunda fue la caracterización de los rasgos pedagógicos. Se evidenciaron rasgos significativos de un modelo pedagógico interestructurante.

The objective of the article is to show the dominant pedagogical model in the academic programs of Administration offered by the Universities attached to the Central Chapter of the Colombian Association of Faculties of Administration. The study was developed in two phases: the first was to contrast the pedagogical models described in the Educational Projects of the Programs against the teaching practice, and the second was the characterization of the pedagogical features. Significant features of an inter structuring pedagogical model were evidenced.
