Análisis desde el derecho fiscal a la situación tributaria de los palmicultores de Villanueva Casanare (Colombia)

Abstract

A mayor producción de oleaginosas aumentan los ingresos y, por tanto, las obligaciones tributarias; por esto se pretende analizar la situación tributaria de los Palmicultores desde el derecho fiscal del municipio de Villanueva Casanare con la aplicación del Balanced Scorecard (BSC), para comprender el papel que juega el palmicultor en la implementación de normas fiscales y el aprovechamiento de las mismas para su beneficio empresarial. Las implicaciones de esta investigación giran alrededor de problemáticas sobre cultura tributaria.
