Fatores que contribuem para a evasão escolar em cursos de nível superior

Abstract

As instituições privadas de ensino superior buscam a melhoria contínua da qualidade de serviços de ensino aos seus clientes finais. Vencer o desafio da evasão de alunos, elevando os índices de qualidade e satisfação tonou-se vital. A presente pesquisa bibliográfica objetivou contribuir para uma melhoria da operação interna das rotinas para aprimorar o relacionamento com os estudantes. Concluiu-se que o entendimento dessas instituições como agentes transformadores contribuirão para o aumento dos índices de satisfação e fidelização de alunos.

Private higher education institutions seek to continually improve the quality of educational services to their end customers. Overcoming the challenge of student dropout by raising quality and satisfaction scores has become vital. This bibliographic research aimed to contribute to an improvement of the internal operation of routines to improve the relationship with students. It was concluded that the understanding of these institutions as transforming agents will contribute to the increase of student satisfaction and loyalty rates.
