Festivales gastronómicos para el desarrollo de un destino

Abstract

La organización de festivales gastronómicos en la actualidad es una oportunidad para desarrollar un destino. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar las motivaciones, actitud y satisfacción de la demanda del Festival Gastronómico El Cangrejo Rojo en Ecuador. Se ha realizado un trabajo in situ en este destino, utilizando un cuestionario y aplicando técnicas univariantes y bivariantes. Los resultados muestran que las principales motivaciones fueron: me emociona probar comida local en su lugar de origen y descubrir el sabor de la comida local.

The organization of gastronomic festivals today is an opportunity to develop a destination. The objective of this study is to identify the motivations, attitude and satisfaction of the demand of Gastronomic Festival the Red Crab in Ecuador. Work has been done in situ in this destination, using a questionnaire and applying univariate and bivariate techniques. The results show that the main motivations were: I am excited to try local food in its place of origin and discover the taste of local food.
