CAMINANDO POR LOS ALREDEDORES DEL SER CON GIANNI VATTIMO

Abstract

El último libro de Gianni Vattimo, Alrededores de Ser, propone el desafío de un nuevo manifiesto de una filosofía de la praxis asumida como “ontología hermenéutica de la actualidad”, y también la posibilidad de renovar a un cristianismo “no-metafísico”. En un contexto donde el pensamiento crítico está más abierto a escuchar a la religión, los ensayos reunidos en Alrededores del Ser reflejan los resultados más elaborados de la hermenéutica nihilista desde la publicación de Ecce Comu, y constituyen un valioso aporte para pensar de un modo radical la praxis de emancipación en el complejo mundo en el cual vivimos.

Gianni Vattimo’s last book, Surroundings of the Being, poses the challenge of a new manifest within a philosophy of the praxis understood as “ontology of actuality” and puts forward the chance to renew a “non-religious” Christianity.
