dc.description.abstractThis research project examines how WhatsApp can positively impact English teaching, specifically the skill of speaking. A statistically significant difference was found in the knowledge level of a group of 44 students, as measured through a test and a questionnaire. The results also demonstrated that the absolute majority of students rated as positive the following pedagogical components: Learning, Communication, Content, Method, Operability, Attractiveness, and Satisfactionen_US
dc.description.abstractLa investigación analiza los beneficios de la aplicación WhatsApp en la enseñanza del idioma Inglés, de forma particular en la destreza del speaking ya que estadísticamente se comprobó el incremento del nivel de conocimientos en 44 estudiantes del nivel A2 de Inglés medido a través de un test y en una encuesta, de los resultados se desprende también que la absoluta mayoría califican como un nivel bueno los componentes pedagógicos tales como: Aprendizaje, Comunicación, Contenido, Método, Operabilidad, Atractividad, y Satisfacciónen_US
