É possível sobreviver sem o celular? Uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema nomofobia

Abstract

As novas ferramentas de comunicação modificaram o comportamento das pessoas e seu uso excessivo pode ocasionar transtornos físicos e mentais, cientificamente associados à Nomofobia. Realizou-se revisão bibliográfica com materiais publicados em língua portuguesa, entre 2015 e 2018, usando sites como Scielo, Capes, Science Direct e Ebsco. Discute-se o termo em diversas esferas e visa entender o que se tem descoberto e a importância para novas gerações. Expõe a necessidade de aumentar os estudos e intensificar as pesquisas sobre nomofobia.

The new tools of communication changed the behavior of people and its excessive use can cause physical and mental disorders, scientifically associated to Nomofobia. A literature review was made with materials published in Portuguese, between 2015 and 2018, using sites like Scielo, Capes, Science Direct and Ebsco. It discusses the term in various spheres and seeks to understand what has been discovered and the importance to new generations. It exposes the need to increase studies and intensify research on nomophobia.
