Governança da aprendizagem (GovA): o estado da arte sobre o termo

Abstract

O artigo tem como objetivo identificar a conceituação do constructo Governança da Aprendizagem proposta na literatura, seus objetivos, tipologias, mecanismos, componentes e ambientes para implantação, elaborando o estado da arte sobre o termo. Para tal, foi realizada uma pesquisa teórica por meio de uma sistemática revisão da literatura, seguida de análise descritiva. Após realizar um diálogo subjetivo entre os autores, o objetivo foi alcançado e seus resultados poderão embasar futuras pesquisas sobre governança, gestão do conhecimento e aprendizagem organizacional.

The article aims to identify the concept of the Learning Governance construct proposed in the literature, its objectives, typologies, mechanisms, components and environments for implementation, elaborating the state of the art on the term. To this end, a theoretical research was conducted through a systematic literature review, followed by descriptive analysis. After conducting a subjective dialogue between the authors, the objective was achieved and its results may support future research on governance
