El Vitral del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia Venezolano a la luz de la hermenéutica de Hans-Georg Gadamer y Paul Ricoeur

Abstract

El Derecho como producto y factor social no se origina de manera aislada en los seres humanos, el Derecho se encuentra dentro de una de las mayores culturas que elevan la espiritualidad y el respeto de la dignidad humana como lo es la Justicia, como parte de su axiología. Ha de considerarse que las costumbres y la formación del espíritu guardan estrecha relación con el medio donde se desarrolla el individuo, siendo la Estética la rama de la Filosofía que tiene por objeto el estudio de la esencia y la percepción de la belleza, por lo que resulta relevante he imperioso hacer una hermenéutica a la luz de Gadamer y Ricoeur de una parte del Vitral del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela como obra de arte figurativo sobre la Justicia.

The Law as a product and social factor does not originate in an isolated way in human beings, the Law is within one of the greatest cultures that elevate spirituality and respect for human dignity as Justice is, as part of its axiology. It must be considered that the customs and the formation of the spirit are closely related to the environment in which the individual develops, with Aesthetics being the branch of Philosophy whose purpose is the study of the essence and the perception of beauty, so that It is relevant and imperative to make a hermeneutics in the light of Gadamer and Ricoeur of a part of the Stained Glass of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela as a work of figurative art on Justice.
